Privacy Policy
This policy distinguishes between composing an inquiry on this company website and an email a visitor chooses to send to Desiderio.

02 Composing an inquiry on the website
This website does not provide accounts, payments, or inquiry storage. The name and reply email address (optional), inquiry topic, and inquiry message (required, up to 1,500 characters) entered in the inquiry form are used in the visitor’s browser to build an email draft or text to copy. The website does not transmit these entries to its server or store them on the website.
Selecting “Open email draft” transfers the entered content to the visitor’s chosen email application to create a draft. The application or email provider may process, store, or sync that draft under its own policies. Desiderio does not send email from the website, POST entries to its own server, or store them on the website. An inquiry reaches Desiderio only after the visitor sends it from the email application.
03 Email sent by a visitor
When a visitor emails info@desiderio.kr, Desiderio processes the name, reply address, inquiry topic and message, sender address and information included in email delivery, and any files the visitor voluntarily attaches, to respond and discuss the inquiry. A name is optional, but an email inquiry can include the sender’s address and other information carried with the message.
Please attach files only when they are relevant to your inquiry. Avoid including sensitive or unnecessary information, such as a Korean resident registration number or financial information.
An inquiry reaches the recipient only after the visitor sends it from the email application. Desiderio processes a received email to reply and follow up as needed; retention and deletion are described below.
04 Retention and deletion
The website does not collect or retain inquiry entries. An email inquiry received directly is kept until the response and necessary follow-up are complete, then deleted without undue delay. Information subject to a retention period set by a specific law is kept only where that legal ground applies, for that prescribed period, and then deleted.
Information subject to a statutory retention duty is kept separately from other inquiries, and only for the applicable legal ground and prescribed period.
05 Disclosure, processors, and overseas transfers
Desiderio does not sell email inquiries or provide them to third parties for advertising. When a visitor sends an email, the sender’s and recipient’s email services may process its contents to deliver and receive the message, subject to each provider’s own privacy policy. Information may also be provided to the extent required by law or a lawful request.
The website itself currently uses no analytics or advertising services. Email services used by the visitor and recipient may be involved in composing, sending, and receiving messages; providers may process a message or draft under their own privacy policies. Please also review the notices for the email services you use before sending a message.
06 Automatic collection
The current website does not install or operate cookies, web beacons, or other automatic tools to track visitors, and it uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Inquiry entries are not kept in browser storage. A public hosting environment, if used, may handle connection logs according to that environment’s settings and provider policy.
07 Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information held by Desiderio. A request may be limited for a legitimate reason, including a legal retention duty. Send requests to info@desiderio.kr. We may take the minimum steps needed to verify your identity, then handle the request and notify you of the result under applicable law.
For guidance on privacy complaints or dispute resolution in Korea, see the official Korea Internet & Security Agency Privacy Infringement Report Center or Personal Information Portal.
08 Safeguards and changes
Desiderio works to take reasonable steps to protect the personal information it processes. If our handling practices or relevant law changes, this page will be updated with the change and its effective date.
